PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING A BOND:
To initiate the procedure for purchasing a bond,
the Purchaser must first complete registration. Regardless of whether the Purchaser is an individual or a legal entity, each shall, by paying
€9, acquire the right to purchase a bond.
The Purchaser acquires the right to purchase one bond valued at €1,000.00, up to a maximum of
9 bonds (€9,000.00). Should the Purchaser wish
to purchase more than 9 bonds, up to 369 bonds, such a transaction shall be subject to legal
verification and proof that the funds are not in violation of the law, in accordance with anti-money laundering legislation.
The value of the BOND remains unchanged, and no interest is accrued on the respective amount of the BOND. ILIEV GLOBAL LLC is indebted for the
same nominal value, without interest, on the due date specified herein. By purchasing from 1 (one) bond up to 369 bonds, you are acquiring a bond
for a project consisting of one block. One block bears the SERIAL NUMBER: from 386000001 to 386000369 as the proof mark for the bonds. One bond
is worth €1,000.00, and the block contains a total of 369 bonds.
This project, as a block, is worth €1,000.00 × 369 units, for a total value of €369,000.00. One buyer has the right to purchase up to €1,000.00 of the
total amount of bonds issued in this block. Permitted purchases range from a single bond valued at €1,000 to €369,000 (€369 × €1,000). The seller
informs the buyer that the bond retains the value as stated on the bond itself until March 11, 2029. The client purchases 1 bond and pays €1,000, or
purchases multiple bonds and pays accordingly. ILIEV GLOBAL LLC accepts payment via bank transfer. Please provide SWIFT and bank account
information via email, as indicated on the bond. ILIEV GLOBAL LLC notifies the customer via email or SMS upon receipt of funds. After purchasing one
or more bonds, ILIEV GLOBAL LLC requests information from the buyer, including first name, last name, and address, to verify ownership of the bond.
a) The information may be provided by the individual bond buyer or the company buyer.
b) The information may be provided by an authorized representative of the buyer. Based on the information received from the buyer, the seller
issues a QR code for each purchased bond. Through this procedure, the bond is recorded and registered. After the sale of the entire package of 369
bonds, the related project commences:
c) All 369 bonds, with recorded serial numbers as Package BLOCK 1 (serial numbers from 3860000000001 to 386000000369), have been deposited. When the PROJECT begins, a new LLC company initiates a real estate project, which entails:
1) Constructing a new real estate facility; or
2) Purchasing and renovating an existing real estate facility. EXAMPLE:
DRAGAN ILIEV, Down Street, Ljubljana,
Slovenia, Europe, is the owner of this
single bond with a value of €1,000.00.
In the event of purchasing multiple BONDS, ownership is recorded via a QR code for each bond, which will be sent electronically directly to the BOND buyer.
REGISTRATION OF BOND PURCHASERS AND PURCHASE OF BONDS BY THE SAME
-REGISTRATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL OR LEGAL ENTITY AS A PURCHASER:
1. The Purchaser submits their data to bonds@iliev-global.eu:
a) Full name or company name, or username if anonymity is preferred.
b) Address: – Street and number (if initial anonymity is desired, the user may provide their email address instead) – Mobile contact,
e.g., +386 64 250252 (this step is optional at the initial stage) – Place of residence, city/municipality – Postal code of the city/location – Country c)
By submitting data to our email bonds@iliev-global.eu, you confirm your interest in remitting €9 to become a registered purchaser of your BOND.
2. The BOND Seller will send you the exact SWIFT details of our account for your payment via email.
3. Upon receipt of the €9 payment from the Purchaser, the Seller records and registers the Purchaser as a **REGISTERED PURCHASER**. The
registered purchaser receives from the Seller a Unique Master Number of the Bond, e.g., BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000001. Based on this first
recorded bond, the purchaser is registered.
4. Once you receive confirmation that the €9 payment has been properly executed and you have become a registered purchaser, we will send
you a pro forma invoice indicating your first bond number. You then remit €1,000.00 to the same account for your first BOND. Upon receipt of
this payment, we will inform you that the funds in the amount of €1,000.00 have been received in our account. This first bond will serve as the
basis for your identification.
5. The first BOND purchased by the individual or legal entity shall always serve as the identification of the Purchaser. Should the
Purchaser subsequently wish to purchase 9 BONDS or more, they simply notify us via email of their intent to purchase a specified number of
additional BONDS.
6. Upon notification of intent to purchase additional BONDS, the Purchaser sends a purchase request via email to the Seller (e.g., for 3 BONDS).
7. Following the Purchaser’s notification with the Unique Master Number of the Bond, e.g., BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000001, we assign (e.g.,
3 BONDS = BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000016, BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000017, and BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000018).
8. On the payment order, the Purchaser indicates: **Purpose**: Purchase of 3 BONDS under BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000001, assigned
(e.g., 3 BONDS = BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000016, BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000017, and BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000018).
9. Upon execution of the respective payment, the BOND Seller records the Purchaser BLOCK 1 SERIAL NO. 386000001 as the holder and
owner of 1 + 3 BONDS.
